ORDER | PAYMENT
Q: How many days in advance do I need to order the cake, cupcake, or cookie?
A: Please place your order at least 3-7 days in advance for cakes / cupcakes, & 2-3 days in advance for cookies. For custom cake orders, please allow for at least 2 weeks advance notice.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PAYME, FPS, HSBC bank transferral. Further payment details will be provided once your order details have been confirmed.
Q: After making the payment, can I change the design/size/flavor of the cake/cupcake order?
A: Once payment has been made, you won't be able to make adjustments to the order. Should you cancel the order, we will charge you full price for the order.
Q: Can I reschedule my order?
A: You may reschedule your order 7 days before the delivery date, any rescheduling request made less than 7 days (no less than 2 days from delivery date) will require a 50% rescheduling fee.
Pick up/delivery date rescheduling due to T8 or Black Rain needs to be made & picked up/delivered within the next 2 days from your original delivery date. All door-to-door van delivery services during T8 or Black Rain condition will charge extra according to the actual GoGovan surge pricing on the day.

Q: How do I get my order?
A: You may either pick up at a designated MTR station (11:00 - 19:30), or have it delivered by SF or GoGoVan delivery services.
If customers arrives more than 15 minutes later than confirmed pick up time, an extra fee of $10 will be incurred for every 5 minutes later.
(Delivery fee will be calculated once delivery method has been confirmed)
Q: Do you deliver to restaurants, MTR station or to residential areas?
A: Yes we do deliver to restaurants, MTR stations & residential areas across Central, Kowloon, & New Territories. We do not deliver to outlying islands of Hong Kong.
DECOR | PACKAGING
Q: Are the flowers edible?
A: Only sugar paste flowers are edible, all fresh flowers are non-edible decorations. Please remove the flowers and the buttercream around it before serving.
Q: Can you make fondant animals/cartoons/humans?
A: Yes, but we only take animal & some specific cartoon figurine requests for now.
Q: How does the packaging look like?
A: All cake, cupcake orders come in a sealed transparent box packaging with a fitted bag with handle, tied with ribbon. Cookie orders come in a cookie bag or marble effect gift box set.
Q: Do all orders come with candles & knife?
A: Only cake orders come with a complimentary champagne gold/silver/rose gold candle & knife.

Q: Does your products contain nuts or gluten?
A: We do have a few items that may contain nuts & gluten, please notify us if you have any concern about the above allergens mentioned before confirming your order.
